Brand & press

Everything you need to write about, review or promote taproute: logos, copy blocks, share cards and social art. All of it may be republished as-is · press, comparison articles, affiliate and partner posts alike.

Words

The slogan ladder. Each line has one job; use them verbatim. None of them carries a price or a pack size, on purpose: a figure in a bio outlives the pricing ladder it came from. The numbers live on /pricing.

Slogan what we are · leads every bio and card

The anti-trap QR platform.

Descriptor what it does · always paired with the name

Proof the model, in one breath

Pay per scan. Never per month.

Proof, long form footers and closers

No subscriptions. No expiring codes. No ads. Ever.

One-liner bios, directories, press

The anti-trap QR platform: dynamic QR codes and GS1 Digital Link, resolved at the edge. Pay per scan, never per month. No expiring codes, no ads, nothing to cancel.

Boilerplate the "About taproute" paragraph for press

taproute is the anti-trap QR platform. It runs dynamic QR codes and a conformant GS1 Digital Link resolver at the network edge, and sells them on prepaid credits rather than subscriptions: a code costs 1 credit to create, once, and 1 credit each time it is scanned, with no code tiers to rent and nothing recurring. Every feature is available on every pack. Its Anti-Trap Pledge is published in full: codes are never deleted, recycled or held hostage, no ad is ever placed in the redirect path, and there is no charging authority on file to renew. Every clause counters a documented practice of an incumbent.

Logos

Every form ships in dark, light and mono treatments, SVG first with PNG for contexts that refuse vectors. Clear space around any lockup: one finder square of the mark.

Color & type

  • Bricolage Grotesque · headlines and display
  • Inter · body text
  • JetBrains Mono · numbers, eyebrows, proof lines
  • Geist Pixel · large numerals only

One accent per asset. Copper is reserved for charts. Emphasis is color, never italics.

Usage

Do

  • Republish anything in this kit, unmodified, wherever taproute is the subject.
  • Put the lockup on ink or paper surfaces; keep one finder square of clear space.
  • Use the avatar for circular crops and the app icon for rounded-square crops.
  • Use real product screenshots as proof · they beat illustrations every time.

Don't

  • Recolor the mark, place it on a gradient, or add a shadow.
  • Transliterate or capitalize the wordmark. It is "taproute", lowercase, everywhere.
  • Bake prices or pack sizes into graphics. State the model; link the pricing page.
  • Imply sponsorship or endorsement of unrelated products or claims.

Affiliates & partners

We are the anti-trap platform, and that survives exactly as long as nobody promoting us overclaims. So this kit comes with the same claims discipline we post under ourselves. When the honest line feels weaker, ship the honest line: it is the one that keeps converting after the reader checks.

Say freely

  • No interstitial ads, ever, on any account
  • No subscription, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel
  • You buy codes once · others rent them to you
  • Codes are never deleted, recycled or held hostage
  • Every feature is available on every pack
  • Static codes are made in the browser and never uploaded
  • Redirects resolve at the edge in roughly 10–40ms
  • Conformant GS1 Digital Link resolver, verified against GS1’s public test suite

Never say

  • "Creating codes is free" · a code costs 1 credit to create, once
  • "Credits never expire" · they are valid 12 months; any top-up renews the whole balance
  • "Codes always redirect" · a code can pause at zero balance; it is never deleted
  • "GS1 certified" · conformant and test-suite verified, not a certification
  • "The pledge is a contract" · it is public, specific and checkable; not a contract
  • Any specific price or pack size · figures move; the pricing page is the source of truth
