Credits are valid for 18 months, and any purchase rolls your whole balance forward
Every credit you buy is good for 18 months. Buy another pack, even the $15 Starter one, and the clock rolls forward on your entire balance for a fresh 18 months · so if you buy at all regularly you never lose a credit. Cancel a subscription elsewhere and your links stop that day; stop buying from us and you still have up to a year and a half. We email you 30 days before anything is due to expire, so a balance never vanishes on you.
The 30 signup credits are a trial, not a free tier
A new account starts with 30 free credits and no card on file. Spend them on anything: scans, or a few custom-code blocks. They last 7 days, and we remind you 2 days before they run out. It is enough to put a code on a table and watch it work. Past that, everything runs on credits you buy.
On a paid account, running out is a soft landing
When a paid balance reaches zero, a grace period begins and we warn you first. Your codes keep redirecting through the grace window, and worst case they pause until you top up. Nothing is ever deleted, and everything resumes the moment you buy credits. A trial account has no grace window: once the 30 credits are gone, codes pause until you buy a pack.
Custom domains: bring your own, one CNAME, no white-label fee
Point a domain you already own at us with a single CNAME record, and we run the SSL and routing. Every pack can hold one: it is a matter of credits, not of tier. The first domain is included free with every pack from Growth up (Scale and Volume include two), and on any pack a domain is a one-time 40,000-credit slot paid from your balance, up to your pack’s cap: Starter, Basic and Pro 1, Growth 3, Scale 10, Volume 25, and anything past 25 is quoted. One time, not every year: you buy it once and keep it for as long as your account is alive. A slot your balance cannot cover simply pauses; it is never billed. The same feature costs $420 to $2,000 per domain per year at the incumbents, every year, forever.
Extras cost a flat number of credits, the same on every pack
A plain scan is 1 credit, with two published exceptions: a smart page and a section page (including our Experience templates) each add 1 credit to a scan, so either bills 2 and a page that is both bills 3. The optional extras are flat too: a custom-code block is 1 credit, AI art is 400 credits for two variants, page chat is 50 credits per answered message, and an extra custom domain is 40,000 credits, once. The same number on the Starter pack and on the Volume pack, so there is nothing to look up. Every flat price is set so that even the cheapest credits cover our own supplier cost with room to spare.
There is no subscription
No auto-renewal, no recurring charge, and no card kept on file unless you choose to buy again. Prepaid credits are the entire model, so there is nothing to cancel.
Older packs keep what they were sold
If you bought under a previous price ladder, that lot keeps the domain allowance it came with for as long as it stays active. Nobody loses a connected domain because we reshaped the packs.
Prices can change, but only with notice
The rate card can be revised, and only with 30 days’ notice, as spelled out in the Terms. The 1 credit = 1 scan promise is exempt: it is fixed for good.
